Tahia was amazing...we got a very nice gracious welcome..she gave us all the information we asked for..since we did not have Internet in Tahiti, she let us have her hotspot in order for us to find our way around the island...we rented a car with them..their rental cars are in very good conditions - ours was brand new - right there on their property ...very easy...she also pointed a famous restaurant on the island which was a must!! Absolutely gorgeous...our room was very beautiful,modern and clean...and right next to the airport...we had a taxi taking us to the airport.. Tahia took care of everything...great place, great host... highly recommend!!

As an added convenience, the guest house offers packed lunches for guests to bring on excursions and other trips off-property. The host is a lovely, adorable and warm person. We stayed for two weeks in French Polynesia and in some fancy hotels. However, this place was by far the best in terms of feeling welcome and feeling the warmth of Polynesian people. The bungalow is super clean, modern and has a range of cooking facilities. The host prepared us some wonderful dinner for a very reasonable price that we enjoyed with a most beautiful view of Papeete. The host also picked us up at the airport and dropped us off again in the middle of the night for our flight home. It was just the perfect way of finishing our holiday.

Offering a garden and garden view, TAMANU LODGE is situated in Punaauia, 800 metres from Toaroto Beach and 2.9 km from Vaiava Beach. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The guest house features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Location was great as not too far from the airport, and walking distance to a couple of beaches and a good range of places to eat. An outstanding Boulangerie is located within a couple of minutes walk. Vanina's hospitality and willingness to help we rate at 110%.

The owner, Mael and Yukimo are a very nice, friendly and helpful couple. The apartment was absolutly clean, nice designed and best fitted. Its very quit, the only noice you here in the morning is the rooster 🙂 Yukimo pick us allways up in time, drives carefully and we had nice conversations; also with Mael. The only things to improve would be: Some hook in the bathroom would be helpful for hanging a wash bag or so and a small table or desk inside would be nice too. We are coming again and! send friends 😉

Martine is very kind and helpful, kindly organised airport transfer and sent me detailed videos to guide me to get to my room as I arrived midnight. Thank you again Martine and Merry Christmas:)

Taharu'u Guest House By The Beach is a recently renovated holiday home in Papara, where guests can make the most of its private beach area and garden. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Outdoor seating is also available at the holiday home. The hosts Phillipe and Maheatea were very nice. The directions were great, the place is lovely. When it got a little warm in the house in the afternoon and I asked for extra fans, Philippe immediately went to the store and bought two new ones in addition to the two that were already at the property. It was a lovely stay! The Tahaaru surf beach is nearby, about 5 min walk, but the beach right in front of the property has a bit of a current so you can swim there if you’re strong swimmer, but otherwise you may want to go to other beaches.
