Offering a garden and garden view, TAMANU LODGE is situated in Punaauia, 800 metres from Toaroto Beach and 2.9 km from Vaiava Beach. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The guest house features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The location was really close to the supermarket and lots of little shops and a few places to eat, so that was really convenient as we didn’t have a car. We were only there for one night before travelling on to the islands, so it was perfect for a place to rest and explore things within walking distance like the beach and cafes. Our host Vanina was very accommodating and gave us a recommendation for a bakery nearby for breakfast - it was excellent! Our room was large and comfortable and we really liked the outdoor lounge/kitchen area. I’d recommend it!

It was my last night in French Polynesia after 3 weeks in several lowcost bungalows but this suprised me so nicely!The room was so spacious, a great bed just for me, the lobby and the terase were stylish, with great design in details.I was simply shocked in a good way. Also the breakfast was included and mainly the owner Martine she was truly helpful and professional and kind.There is also a kitchen you can use anytime. So either you stay for just one night or longer, you will not regret.Thank you Martine for your hospitality.

These guys went the extra mile. Had our room ready early. Looked after our luggage at the end of the stay. Food was great. Nice relaxing place after 30hrs traveling. Found some good easy snorkeling 5 minute walk away at Mahana Park. Recommend to everyone looking for a lovely short stay.

Apartment was clean, and kitchen with required utensils, coffee, sugar all was there. Secured parking lot, View from apartment was great, Close from airport (around 15 mins). Rental is recommended, apartment in uphill. Great host and my flight was delayed and he waited until 10 PM to receive me. Once down hill there are shops, gas station, freeway. Restroom and shower are good and think recently renovated, you can provide hair shampoo.
Studio super clean with everything you need, clear, well decorated and quite peaceful. Close in a walking distance from downtown and a nice supermarket. Great host, very caring
Great location, beautifully decorated apartment, comfortable, spacious. Very responsive and helpful host too.
Stunning rooms, amazing bathroom, loved how dark and quiet it was. Very chic and everything was aimed around sustainability without making it look cheap. Staff were super friendly and even offered us the use of the shower facilities when we checked out as our flight was at midnight. Stunning bar on the rooftop overlooking Moorea Island. Would definately stay here again if we ever came back to Tahiti.
The house is located in a nice, quiet area, on top of a hill, benefiting of an amazing view We liked it a lot and the hosts are doing a great job by making your staying comfortable! We were greeted with banana bread, we could do our laundry and we had privacy, which is great. The place it's well equiped, there is a garage, there's a barbecue, an oven, etc And very important, it was very clean! I recommend it as an option for Tahiti.
Perfect self contained accommodation. You'll want transport but a great location outside the traffic hassle of Papeete. Shops a minute drive away. 4kms to Carrefours & McDonalds. A great beach 4km the other way. Close enough to airport and capital with transport. Wifi perfect. Ted a great host and very responsive via WhatsApp. Highly recommend.
Great hosts, very helpful. Quirky little boutique guest house. 1.5 km from the city centre. Supermarket only 1 block away. Commununal kitchen area as well as our own seperate outside kitchen/sitting area. We found the outside communal area more comfortable to sit as the breeze flowed through under the roof.
Quaint pension with amazingly helpful host Cyril!! He went above and beyond to help us. We would definitely go back!
Great location for transit between flights, but I would consider this property for tours around the islnd as well. Free airport pickup and dropoff are provided, plus consider renting their car for getting around easy and cheap. Hosts are super kind.
