Nice large room with both a bed and a pullout couch. Good blackout curtains for the long summer nights. Plenty of hanging space and good light. Each room was assigned a shared bath (2 rooms sharing each bath) and there was an extra half bath available. Large kitchen/eating/lounge area. Each room had it's own mini-frig and assigned cupboard space for storage. In addition there were plenty of dishes and shared food areas. There is a dishwasher to ensure dishes are consistently washed. Everything well organized and friendly. Reasonable walk to downtown. Easy access via airport shuttle bus. In addition to the 10 rooms there are 2 apartments in the building.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff and the price was very reasonable
I would definitely recommend Mary-Ann's Polarrigg! Great location and very charming place. There's lots of personality to this hotel. The room was tidy, comfortable, and convenient, with good amenities. The common room was very cosy, and nice to be able to get tea and coffee there any time. The staff were friendly and there was always someone available to answer questions. The breakfast was very nice with good variety.
Wonderful guesthouse. Evertything was excellent: very large room, clean, helpful and nice staff, yummy breakfast. A bit far from the city center (10 min), but enjoyed every single walk in thi paradise.

Lovely place to stay, extremely clean and quiet, wifi was great and the bed was comfortable. Great location, 5-10 minutes walk from the shops/restaurants. The kitchen had good facilities, just missing a toaster but we used the grill so not a big problem. Stayed for a week with a friend and had the dorm to ourselves the whole time which was nice.

Good location. Located in the city centre, close to the main road, but quiet all day. The staffs were very helpful. Nice to see lovely welcome chocolates with polar bear shape when first entered the room.
clean and as advertised, view of the mountains next to the hostel is really pretty, staff was so friendly and you get to bunk with so many amazing people in svalbard seeking an adventure, breakfast is awesome, will definitely recommend to any solo travellor to svalbard looking for the cheapest accom and connecting with other like-minded travellors
Nice guesthouse, clean and comfortable with well equipped kitchen and spacious modern shower rooms. Easy contacts and friendly talks with the other guests. Ideal quiet location at the limit of Longyearbyen and its street lights, which is advantageous to see the northern lights. Comfortable beds and a sink in the room was useful/great.
