Situated just 6 km from Cityplaza Nieuwegein, Guest House Ons Hoekje provides accommodation in Houten with access to free bikes, a garden, as well as full-day security. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The holiday home features an outdoor fireplace and a 24-hour front desk. We enjoyed 4 nights at Ons Hoekje with our two children. We very much enjoyed the area, calm and peaceful. Our hosts were very friendly and ready to help with anything really. Close to Utrecht center, all the needful in close vicinity. Room was a bit small for the four of us but served our purposes perfectly. All very clean and anything at the ready. Will definitely come back again

The apartment is very new, clean and comfortable. Jos is a great host. We could use his bikes for free during our stay and this was awesome. Location is nice, very quiet and 20 min walkling distance from Utrecth Centraal (8 min by bike).
The location of the room is fantastic - overlloking the canal. It had a cute balcony where we were able to have our morning coffee and breakfast. The area was quiet and residential and only 10 mins from the city center by walking. The hosts were very accomodating for an early check in.
Really nice place in a great location (but quiet street). The staff here are genuinely friendly and always happy to have a chat or help you with anything. The common areas allow you to interact with other guests or do your own thing. Strowis is a great example of what hostels should be like :)
Our host was very attentive and also gave us information for restaurants etc! He even offered us bikes for easier transport to the area and the city center, which is close by even by foot! The breakfast was also lovely with a nice variety, (one of us in a vegetarian and enjoyed it as well) and we enjoyed the beautiful, quiet garden outside the room. Generally, it was a very pleasant experience and we look forward to visiting again! Thank you for having us!
Great location in the city centre. The staff was very nice and it was quiet.
Very friendly and welcoming staff, great back garden and lounge area where you can sit and do work or play games and hangout. Everything was well organised, from the lockers to the kitchen and the working hours, and overall the vibe was very laid back and comfortable. Great location, near party areas but also on a quiet side street. One of the best hostel experiences I've had in a long while.
