This is a very cute and unique boutique hotel with character and flavour that is often missed in new constructions. This place will be fantastic once the dream is completely realized. We liked and took advantage of the location by visiting nearby restaurants and shopping at a very good grocery store within walking distance. We used the kitchen available to all guests which was a convenience that really made a difference for our 4 week stay. Easy and close access to buses allowed day trips in to PV or other small towns if you wish. We did. The beach is 5 blocks away. The street has a slight increased gradient so you will have an uphill walk back at the end of the day. . .but not too difficult. (We are 67!) The near proximity to the major highway really wasn't an issue for us, but may be if you don't want any traffic noise at all. We enjoyed morning coffees in the lushly treed and nicely appointed courtyard. Patty is a supreme host and Adrian was available to help us out whenever we needed him. The receptionist was amazing. She couldn't do enough for us. The beds were big even though they were bunk beds and they were so high you'd never bang your head or have to crouch. The bathroom was clean. The decoration was clean and modern. Free breakfast was good.
