We spent 5 wonderful days at Unwind Dhigurah and only wish we could've spent more time here! There are only 6 rooms in this guesthouse so the service was fantastic as we got individual attention... from arrival to and from Male airport, our breakfast, and our daily excursions. Manoj, the hotel manager, was so pleasant and hospitable. And the staff keeps the place impeccably clean despite the level of sand that can be brought in. Also, we appreciated that the bikini beach was right next to the hotel and there were tasty options closeby. The hotel works with Dhigurah Divers which is a locally family owned business. Sammy, Usa, and the other guys taking us on the excursions know the area very well and we had so much fun seeing whale sharks, manta rays, beautiful fish, sharks, and doing our first discovery dive! Overall, our experience with this hotel exceeded our expectations and we hope to return!

This guest house is non-smoking and soundproof. From the very start, we felt welcome. The rooms are clean, modern, and have the little touches that make this a comfortable place to stay. The whole interior was peaceful and its own little haven. Dinner was delicious! Unfortunately, we were only able to stay one night, but we would return in a heartbeat.

While planning our Maldives vacation, we have done an extensive research on islands around Male city and their properties and perceived Fairytale Inn to be the most promising. Our efforts in reality were rewarded with such great gifts like beauty, style, tranquility, character and joy. The owner has a blend of very professional and nice ethics while her assistant Nani is the gem of our experience with smile, care, cooking, availability and support. The room has such positive vibe while the terrace is providing a true jungle stay experience. Without any creatures though. Breakfast was amazing, and dinner the best on Thoddoo. Cute beach is about 4min walk, while the big paradise beach can be reached in 3 ways, 15min walk, 5min bicycle ride or via a 3$ transport. Free filtered water included, as well as toilet amenities, snorkeling equipment and free bicycles. Transport to and from the ferry port complimentary. One of the top 3 accommodation experiences of my life (and I travelled a lot). Already planning to stay there again next year. The stuff has totally spoiled us.

Everything was perfect. The hosts waited for us in the port and then served us with a coconut. The boy who prepared the breakfast, very attentive to our needs and prepared a delicious breakfast. For us everything was perfect. Thank you for everything.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Having stayed in tens of hotels in Europe and multiple in Maldives, this was by far the best hotel experience we have ever had. The staff were very kind and helpful, food was great and the rooms were clean. The hotel had great common areas. Snorkels were available without charge and the trips were well organized. We even did 2 trips for free. The hotel had designated sunbeds on the beach, which were free to use for hotel customers.

The unit is air conditioned and is comprised of a terrace with an outdoor dining area as well as a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The guest house offers bed linen, towels and housekeeping service. The rooms are very clean and modern. The reception area/restaurant look really nice. Breakfast and dinner very delicious. Especially the Kothu Roshi. :) The staff was very helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable and the food fresh and healthy. We appreciated the option to use the bicycles, snorkeling gear and beach towels that were provided.
