Breakfast was very good with a good choice of food and pleasant service from the host, a good start to the day.

(one could actually read in bed!) and good breakfast. very nice Personell , eben Check- in at 11 a.m. was possible

Featuring pool with a view and views of pool, Viewpoint Boutique Living is a guest house situated in a historic building in Xlendi, 1.1 km from Xlendi Beach. The air-conditioned accommodation is 2.6 km from Cittadella. The guest house features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. They had all the amenities and close to the beach. Fantastic service and Doreen is very client centric and made us feel at home.

Run by 2 sisters, Maria Giovanna Guest House takes its name from their mother and grandmother who managed the property before them. One of the sisters is a pastry chef and prepares homemade cakes for breakfast each morning.
This is a little gem; everything was perfect. Sonia was very helpful, her staff friendly and she’s an amazing baker!! The breakfast is simply marvellous and includes hot cooked to order as well as a beautiful array, buffet style, including at least one of Sonia’s freshly baked cakes or tarts.
The building is beautifully restored and the finishes are charming. The place and the people are very warm and welcoming.
It is very easy to find if travelling there by bus-just a few steps back from the bus stop. It’s close to Victoria as well.

Breakfast was superb. Lorenzo was a great host and went to a lot of trouble to serve authentic Maltese food. The location was also excellent, close to the bus station and the main square, but still in a quiet street. Beautifully renovated house.
From the beginning to the end we loved everything. The suite was extremely clean and has all the facilities needed. The breakfast is very extensive. The hosts gave us a very warm welcome. We felt very at home during our stay. The location has great views, is quiet, and only 15 minutes walk to the city centre of Victoria.
Lovely property with an excellent host. There were provisions in the fridge on our arrival. Quiet and charming surroundings. Everything worked, there was always hot water and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The courtyard and pool were a lovely area to relax in.

A charming farmhouse in quiet location. The rooms are quaint, comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice, including a wonderful, freshly baked peach sponge cake. Monica, the hostess, is lovely, and went out of her way to ensure our stay was peaceful and relaxing.
The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is very quiet and the guesthouse itself charming in a quaint way. It's close to Dahlet Qorrot beach. I liked the breakfast for its variety and healthy options. The room itself was very clean and the shower water had a high pressure which was excellent.
