I have been in SB House from 2023-06-10 to 2023-06-25. All was good. Microwave, washing machine, fridge, TV all in good condition. Bathroom is pretty clean. Bed is comfortable. Subway and bus stations are near the house. Also there are supermarkets 24/7 near the house,bank,cafes.
The owner answered to my questions very fast.

The host was in constant communication and left me with no question to ask upon arrival. Just the fact that I was able to have the entire 2 bedroom apartment for the price of a regular hotel room was the most satisfying. But the cleanliness and peace and quiet was just as satisfying 😊
Great location, kind hosts, comfortable accommodation, clean. Yes, you are sharing the hosts' house, but the room has an ensuite bath so it's not so different from a hotel room. Would def book here again.
The host upgraded our room to a bigger one, as she said the one we booked is not the biggest room that fits our family. From the booking site, it is a bit difficult to determine the size of the various room types. Great Host who still offer to drive me to the nearest convenience store to get food for dinner.

This guesthouse is the best guesthouse we've been to in Korea! Everything is so clean and fresh but best of all is Mr Yoon, the host! He always made sure we had everything we needed. He showed us around alot and drove us to the dmz zone. We were suppose to stay 2 nights but ended up staying 2 extra nights! We spent amazing evenings at the guesthouse together with the host! Breakfast was really yummi with good croissants!
