In the morning they made me coffee. 🥰 It's only a 5-10 min walk to the subway and on the way there is a 7/11. They give you good recommendations for restaurants and things to do.

The nearest airport is Tokachi-Obihiro Airport, 61 km from the guest house. We stayed literally home at Kazu’s (the host) place and he looked after us so well and helped us with a super stay. Fantastic home made breakfast He helped us booking and taking us to a restaurant nearby. After he installed us at the restaurant he invited us for a whisky tasting of his Japanese favourites. The most helpful and kind host I have ever met. Thanks a lot for a memorable stay.

Shabby House is a 60-year old traditional Japanese home that is situated in Sapporo. Nishisenjuyojo Station is a 3-minute walk away from the property. The accommodation offers a free shuttle service to the home upon prior request. Shabby House features free WiFi. Kudo-san I will never forget such a kind and helpful host I have ever had. For such a non-expensive option I think this place and its keeper really did exceed my expectations. The owner really did come to pick up from the station when I arrived in the evening, then made a nice little breakfast every morning, then also helped many times with how to go to certain tourist locations. Had wonderful time spending at Shabby House and with its vintage vibes! My room was not large but just good for one person with nice comfy bed. I genuinely recommend this place.
