We received complimentary bus tickets for a week! Exceptional view through the balcony. Breakfast was always fresh, everyday there were home made bread and cake. Genuinely wish to come back!

The beds were very good and comfortable, the closet was very large.
The view from the room 7 was very nice and you get access to a balcony providing equally awesome views.

The room is cleaned thoroughly every day.
Parking lot is located right in front of the hotel and you can park right in front of the door if you have heavy luggages (although the hotel doesn't have an elevator).
The internet speed is sufficient for Netflix streaming and could be enough for remote work / video conference. (about 3-4 down, 8-9 up). The wifi will ask to re-accept the terms and conditions quite regularly. Pay attention not to use 4G by mistake.
The TV has an HDMI input that you can use to stream from your laptop.
We have seen eurasian pygmy owls while on a hike, to the surprise of the owners who are not used to seeing them :D

Staffs are friendly and provide lots of useful information about the area around.

Some rooms boast a private Finnish sauna. This is our second time at this amazing hotel. We love everything about it: it’s located close to the main street but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet; the property itself is quite new and kept impeccable; the rooms are spacious, bright, comfortable, and offer gorgeous panoramic views of the local mountains and town. The wellness room is an extra bonus, contributing to complete relaxation after a day’s exploration. The breakfast includes a wide assortment of baked goods, jams, freshly cut fruit, charcuterie and cheeses, yogurts and all kinds of toppings you may wish to add. And they prepare eggs and other small breakfast dishes as you wish them, and will bring you your drink of choice freshly made for you (whatever you feel like that day!). We particularly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and friendliness of the hotel managers and other members of their team, who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and address any questions or requests with a helpful disposition. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and can’t wait to come back!

Breakfast was very good, many different local meat, very good capuccino, Two different juices. Servicewas friendly and smooth. I got earlier check-in without paying more. Additionally they have a 'change room and ski storage included. I walked 20meters from door and ski 100m to Monte Pana-lift.

Very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Spacious living area and good kitchen. Big balcony overlooking the slopes. Boot/ski locker downstairs. Parking on site. Great location. 25m from Jbar lift and less than a 100 m from Cable Car. Few restaurants near the chalet as well. Ski hire 100 m away. Ticket office 200 m away. 5 mins drive to supermarket and many other F&B venues. Very nice and responsive host. Helps with recommendations.
Apartment is located in the quiet place in the center of St. Cristina. It is comfortable and well equipped, there is enough space for parking. It has a balcony with nice view of the church and the slope Sasslong. Patrick was a great host, very helpful.
Alex was a great host providing us useful info on the local tracks and restaurants. Also, he was available when we needed a minor help with the apartment equipment. The place was amazing and on a great location. Clean, nice, equipped, quiet. Definitely would come again.

Clean, comfy bed, great location, amazing view from the balcony. Free parking next to the hotel. The hotel is located at 7 minutes walk from Col Raiser lift to Seceda. Matteo is a great host. Excellent breakfast, with homemade cakes, bio milk, prosecco, local cheese and ham, a lot of fruits, juice and a very good omelette. Free bus ride to Sassolungo and Ortisei. Santa Cristina is a quiet village but at a short distance from the local bars and restaurants.
The property looks brand new and is perfectly located at 5 minutes walk from the city center. It's a beautifully designed hotel that is always spotlessly clean. The room was bigger than expected and very quiet, overlooking the mountains. The staff is amazing and very helpful all the time. The breakfast was 5 stars: All products are of top quality... fresh fruits, recently baked breads, jams, honey, cereals... etc etc. One of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel.

As a family, it was great that the kids had their own space, in the other bedroom as well as kitchen/sitting area. Kitchen was well equipped, as we cooked at home several nights. Great location, very quiet, with wonderful views and short bus ride to Ortisei, if you don't want to drive! Hosts were lovely and helpful.
