Santarella Guest House is a recently renovated guest house in the centre of Milan, less than 1 km from Porta Romana Metro Station and a 17-minute walk from Villa Necchi Campiglio. It is set 1.4 km from San Babila Metro Station and offers a lift. The guest house has family rooms. The location being away and far from the touristy areas. it allowed us to experience the local life and neighborhoods. Eat and drink where locals do. it was a pleasure and much quieter. The room was extremely clean and well furnished. Loved the soft indirect lighting in the room and bathroom. Thoughtful daily snacks and water available. Extremely helpful staff (Gabriel and Andrea) going out of their way to assist and make our stay wonderful! Loved this property and will definitely come back.
Bergamo
Located 600 metres from Centro Congressi Bergamo and less than 1 km from Teatro Donizetti Bergamo, Rial Maison in Bergamo provides air-conditioned accommodation with views of the city and free WiFi. For 15 euro, the parking and Shuttle service were top notch as you need not have to roll your trolleys through the old town.

The villa itself, the garden, its location, the feeling, the staff and everything is so nice and charming. We felt like in a fairy tale. And really enjoyed the huge space in the building, room and bathroom also. Bed is comfortable and we got tea& coffee for the room (nice gesture) and a mini bar (in the fridge) also available.

Good communication with the host, who was lovely. The building has a lot of charm, like from a film. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, well equipped, in a great location-a lot of places serving delicious food and drinks around, easy access to public transport(about 30 mins away from city centre, a bit less if you drive),a supermarket nearby. At the same time quiet enough if you just fancy a night in. Street parking is available, we never had issues finding a space.
The location was fabulous and the house was quaint with plenty of Italian charm. We had a great view from the windows of the hillside and it was quiet and peaceful being a little up from the lake. The host was lovely and prompt to respond, and left us a contact with their housekeeper for fast communication via WhatsApp, and were also kind enough to leave us a bottle of Prosecco upon arrival. The furniture is very comfortable despite being old, and is very charming. We were very comfortable for our stay.
The apartment is perfectly located in a quiet non-touristic area and still just a few metro stops away from the main city center attractions. A renovated property, combining modern comfort and style with charming classical vibes of the building and stunning view to the church and square. Very easy communication to the host, smooth and easy self-check-in process. A safe neighbourhood with nice cafes, restaurants and shops. The right place to stay if you want to avoid the crowds and feel the real city vibes.
We received very nice welcome from the host. The aparment is really perfect, it is spacy, comfortable bed, nice furniture, well equipped kitchen, nice view, great location near lake and city centre. The neighborhood is quiet although there is train track behind the house which is barely hearable as the apartment is oriented to the lake. Not far from the apartment there is supermarket and bakery shop with super delicious products. I would definitely come and stay here again.
Very nice appartment with great location in the city center close to many restaurants and shops, and still quiet location. We arrived late night in the dark but because of the good instructions by the host were able.to find the appartment easily. Without the guidance it would have been hard to find.

Centrally located property in the heart of Milan with a very comfortable room on a quiet street only 10 min walk from the Duomo. Bed and breakfast options were available and the hosts were so helpful in organising a taxi to the train station. If staying in Milan again, I would definitely try to book again with Ca' Monteggia Guest House.
