As we were stranded without luggage they assisted by providing small personal items four our use plus transport to the shopping Centre. So kind and caring. On call as needed. The location was perfect -easy walk to lovely restaurants, cafe (bar) and supermarket. Also amazing Roman ruins 20 minutes walk away. Bus to beach and airport close by. A slice of the real Italy. Not touristy at all. We stayed here 2 nights due to flight home being reorganized but wished we’d had longer. Extremely clean and comfortable room with spacious shower and fast, soft hot water.
