The nearest airport is Karol Wojtyla Airport, 64 km from the Hydria Rooms guest house. My girlfriend and I went on a short trip to Matera and honestly the room was one of the highlights of the trip. We had the one with the bath that was in the room and it really added a romantic feel to the whole room. Position is next to sassi ( literally) and as such a super good location ( also super close to 900 and materami - both super good restaurants). Finally, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful and they really helped this stay be as good as it was.
