I really like the idea of having skylights, they make the kitchen very bright. by the way the kitchen has everything for cooking. Martha kindly provided us with extra coffee capsules. Thank you, Martha. Large refrigerator and washer/dryer. This was very convenient when we returned after rain. There is no photo of the bathroom. It is small but well equipped. The shower works well. The bed is large and comfortable. And the best part is the view of the mountains! Absolutely amazing and stunning view! Highly, highly recommended

She was very friendly and quick with correspondence when we contacted her. The accommodation was just what we needed. It's also convenient for going to Achill or Westport for a day trip!

I loved everything, from the very warm welcome from the owner to the absolute dreamy interior decor to the comfortable room to the delicious breakfast. Hope to be back.

Surrounded by the beautiful Connemara Hills, this guest lodge is situated in the quaint village of Glencorrib. It is a 5-minute drive from Lough Corrib, the 41,600-acre lake where you can fish for salmon and wild brown trout. Our group of four loved everything about the Lodge. Michelle and Larry run a fantastic establishment. The craic was worth the stay alone.

The holiday home, set in a building dating from 2020, is 17 km from Ballintubber Abbey and 20 km from Rockfleet Castle. The property is non-smoking and is located 4.3 km from Clew Bay Heritage Centre. The Sandyhill Guest House was the perfect place to stay when visiting Westport and the surrounding area. The accommodation was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable for a family. It offered a quiet and peaceful respite after being in town or climbing Croagh Patrick. Loved the care and attention offered by Nicola to have milk, butter and brack bread waiting for us upon arrival. This was perfect in the morning with tea or coffee.

The guest house consists of 1 separate bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathrobes and a hair dryer, and a seating area. Towels and bed linen are provided in the guest house. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. Meadhbh was an exceptional host going far above and beyond normal expectations. The space was big with a kettle, microwave and fridge. a huge bed and a huge TV. The quality of the finish of the fittings was top end. It certainly wasn't the little granny flat I was expecting.
