In my personal opinion this is the only place to stay in Nusa Lomboghan . It’s a family run business and Nyoman is a very special host. level of detail in taking care of the their guests, is like no other. I’m not kidding when I tell you that from the crack of dawn until midnight they are doing something to make sure the villa is perfectly kept. If it’s cutting the grass either kitchen scissors, making sure insense is burning outside your door and bathroom to keeping the bugs away or bringing you fresh coconuts from their tree. They have every detail mapped out. As soon as you step out they clean your room and a big favourite of mine is when they lower your mosquito nets and turn down your sheets when you’re out for dinner. I’m absolutely obsessed with this place. This is the most precious, wholesome location and we fell in love with in more and more as the days went on. It’s tranquil and calm. Very close to the mushroom beach.

International, Indonesian and American dishes are served at the on-site restaurant. This place is a 11/10! The bungalows are extremely nice, with a super comfy bed and nice amenities (big mirror, coffee and tea, etc.). The pool area is exceptionally beautiful and invites you to actually relax and enjoy the sea view from the mountain top. The owners and staff are so welcoming and helpful and the breakfast is delicious! Can't recommend this place enough.

The rooms are extremely clean, quiet and comfortable and you cannot possibly beat the view when you wake up in the morning and open your curtains. It is the bluest, most beautiful water, and you are directly overlooking a gorgeous bay that turns into a seaweed Farm in low tide, which is extremely interesting and cool to watch the people working in the fields of seaweed. There are nice beach clubs in walking distance, and good restaurants and convenience stores also within a minute or two walk .the pool is nice and clean. I got some of the best sleep in Bali here. I highly recommend coming here for a gorgeous view and a nice relaxing beach vacation. It’s not a sandy beach directly outside of the hotel but if you go down the street, just a little bit one of the beach clubs has a sandy beach. The pool is nice and clean though. And the owner is extremely kind and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It’s an excellent value for the money. Also, the Wi-Fi worked well. The only thing others have mentioned as a negative is the bathroom is essentially outdoors, but somebody said they had a problem because it was raining…. I never had this problem. there’s an overhang so even if it’s raining, you’re not going to get wet from the rain when using the restroom so I wouldn’t worry about that.

Thank you so much for your warm welcome at your guesthouse Wayan (alias Iloh) and Ketut ! We are very grateful to have met you. We will miss you and Chico (cute little dog, calm and not annoying at all) ! We felt so good at Gatri Hut that we extended our stay and did not want to leave… Wayan came at the boat to welcome us even if the shuttle was driving us to their place. Gatri Hut is a very nice and calm place in a beautiful garden with a nice clean pool. Good location with warungs, restaurants, laundry and market nearby at 5 mins walk, even a good bakery ! In between Mushroom beach, Dream Beach, Sandy Beach and Devil’s tear with a 10 mins walk. Scooter and drinks with reasonable price available at their place (tasty fresh juice !) The room/bungalow is very clean and comfortable, cleaned every day, water refilled every day. Nice shower with constant hot water. Comfortable bed. Good and quiet AC. The breakfast is very good. Wayan and Ketut will always do their best to make you feel good, help to organise trips, give recommendations or simply exchange. Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan (just right after the yellow bridge) are nice little islands, very safe, with good atmosphere and nice people. We would not go elsewhere than here and especially at Gatri Hut !!
