It's a family business, everyone is so nice, social, offering help.... i loved the place, it's like in the photos, front/access to the beach livadakia, clean house with a kitchen and tools. The location is incredible, the harbour is just 5 minutes walking, it's safe. Locals are nice, joyful with a good energy. The food in the hotel restaurant is incredible, try their omelette, crepes and burger. I will definitely come again. I recommand it. They also offered me a ride from/to the harbour when i came/went. Thank you so much for everything.

It is set amidst a blossomed garden full of colourful flowers and provides free Wi-Fi throughout. Superb location with very helpfull staff.We got a room with sea view and because it's not on the main road,it's also very quiet at night.The main part of Livadi is within a few minutes of walking,so are two beaches ( Livadakia/Livadi).If you go don't miss the walk up to Chora .Totally recomend.

Situated in Serifos Chora, the recently renovated SELANA Suites Chora offers accommodation 2 km from Livadi Beach and 2.6 km from Psili Ammos Beach. This guest house features free private parking and a housekeeping service. The guest house has family rooms. Everything in the apartment was brand new and clean. The owner was super nice, accommodating and helpful, and and the location could not be any better.

The property is within a minutes walk of a beautiful beach and is 3 minutes from the centre of Livadia. Froixos, the owner, is a knowledgable and hospitable host who can’t do enough for you. The apartment is about a minutes walk from a good taverna on the beach and a bar/restaurant owned by Froixos mother Vassilia, where she is helped by sister Kalliopi. You couldn’t meet a nicer and more friendly family and they add so much to your stay. The apartments themselves are spotless, well equipped, super comfy beds, great balconies and the best shower I have ever had in any of my many stays in Greece. Will definitely be back for longer next time.
