Location is perfect as it is right on the beach and walking distance to Livadi town. We were pleased with the restaurant/cafe too. Overall a wonderful experience and thank the staff Frixos and his family. Definitely would like to return to Serifos and stay here again!

The room was perfect—comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Dining at De Alexandros taverna was a delight; the food was absolutely delicious. This has been one of the best vacation experiences we've ever had in our lives. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was really kind and helpful. The view from the room was breathtaking and another advantage is the private parking space.

Froixos, the owner, is a knowledgable and hospitable host who can’t do enough for you. The apartment is about a minutes walk from a good taverna on the beach and a bar/restaurant owned by Froixos mother Vassilia, where she is helped by sister Kalliopi. You couldn’t meet a nicer and more friendly family and they add so much to your stay. The apartments themselves are spotless, well equipped, super comfy beds, great balconies and the best shower I have ever had in any of my many stays in Greece. Will definitely be back for longer next time.

The owners are very kind and helpful, we arrived earlier than expected and they prepared our room really quickly. If you want to rent a car, you can also ask them for suggestions.
