A good resturant (Riviera) is 7 min walking and they serve very delicious food. near by beach (~15 min's) walking. Downtown/ boulevard is (~35 mins) walking. Over all this guest house is totally recomended 👍.

Featuring a garden, the 3-star guest house has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. Guest house Garden Beach is such lovely place. I found only pluses. Location is very cool. In one minute sea, without crowd. To Batumy you can go by taxi, by bus or other ways, it's not a big deal. Lovely restaurant and canteen is also near by house and you don't need to think what you should have for dinner. We booked 3 rooms and all of them were perfect. I think the best option for booking is rooms on the third and fourth flour with sea side view. Kitchen has all staff for cooking even juice maker. And the last floor is the perfect place to spend dinners with beautiful sunset. My recommendation and enjoy your time.

Clean, comfortable hotel a short walk from the beach. You do have to cross a very busy road to get to the beach. No breakfast is served, but there is a kitchen available to use and a nice shaded courtyard. A nice cafe is right down the street.

I highly reccommed Villa deluxe. First of all the Host is very nice, kind and helpful. Rooms are very good equipped with high standard, towels, cosmetics. The view is totally amazing and breath taking! The big advantage is swimming pool with perfect view. It is easy to communicate in EN, RU, GE with the Host. Thank you for warm welcome and perfect time there!
