Fabulous place from 1450. So well decorated, warm and inviting. I had a long chat with a most charming woman(58) (did not get her name) in the reception. A former teacher. It is nice when staff takes the time to talk with you about the hotel and other things. It made my stay perfect! Just book this place!

The bad and shower were big and comfortable. The breakfast was rich and tasty. The location is perfect - not at city center, allowing to have a parking, but at easy walking distance to the city center. We enjoy our stay so much.

The breakfast of delicious continental meats and fresh fruits, pastries, interesting cereals and varied cooked breakfast menu made the start to the morning an occasion. They were both very caring and friendly hosts. Our room was immaculate and the wee fridge in the room a bonus. The location was great. You could catch the water taxi from the neighbouring property and be dropped off at Waters Edge on the return trip; or alternatively take a 5 minute drive to town. Waters Edge was very quiet and peaceful and the various wildlife that we saw just made this visit

With free Wi-Fi and parking, this Warwickshire bed and breakfast is an 8-minute walk from the town’s main train station. Lovely b&b, we are glad that we chose it for our night in Stratford. The host was friendly from the moment we arrived, she directed us to our reserved free parking spot and gave us plenty of choices for our breakfast. Our room was in the attic, very spacious, comfortable and with an ensuite. It was a very hot summer night so I'm glad there were two fans in the room. The guest house is just a 10min walk away from everything you want to see in the centre of Stratford. We would stay again anytime if we go back to Stratford.
