The room was lovely, very comfortable and spotlessly clean, great attention to detail and thoughtfully decorated. Breakfast was very good including a vegetarian option which we both appreciated and enjoyed very much, good hot coffee too!

Free private parking is available, and guests can be escorted by staff to the best golf courses in the area. We absolutely loved our stay at The Norwood. Valentina and Richard were so welcoming and helpful. The room was so comfortable and spotless. It is a short walk to lots of pubs and restaurants. We had fabulous meals in restaurants recommended by Richard and have lots of tips for our next trip. We would recommend The Norwood to anyone and will certainly be going back.

Located in the heart of Southport, The Leicester offers 4-star, Silver Award accommodation in a traditional Victorian building. There are 5 championship golf courses within 15 minutes’ drive from the town centre. The room was very tastefully decorated and clean. Breakfast was lovely and the host was very attentive. The room had good tea and coffee facilities, bed was comfortable, free wifi too. Shower was ok and the bathroom was clean. Free parking outside too. Would happily stay here again.
