Room was more spacious than anticipated with private bath. Quiet even with being on the main road. Delicious breakfast and even vegetarian options (including vegetarian haggis)! And having tea and coffee in the room was nice to have.

The room was great and breakfast was excellent.

The property has garden views and is 20 km from CairnGorm National Park and 14 km from Glenshee Ski Centre. The bed and breakfast features family rooms. Lovely Guest House in the idyllic Cairngorms. We were welcomed with homemade chocolate cake upon arrival. The hosts were very helpful and offered a ton of information about hiking trails, local wildlife etc. They are obviously very passionate about their beautiful region and it is the place to stay if you love the outdoors. The room was very cosy with a big comfortable bed. Very delicious breakfast with a lot of options. The only downside was that we didn’t stay longer. I would love to come back!

Skiing and cycling can be enjoyed nearby, while a bicycle rental service and ski storage space are also available on-site. This was a perfect place to experience Speyside! Our beds were so comfy, and our bathroom floor was heated! It was also so nice to come back and have a dram at the bar and meet other travelers.

The night at Kilmorie House was outstanding. Housed in a building dating from 19th century, this guest house is 26 km from Hilton Community Centre and 26 km from Aberdeen Harbour. The property is non-smoking and is set 9.2 km from Newburgh on Ythan Golf Club. The host was amazing! He offered to drive us to Brewdog Factory, so that we did not have to worry about the logistics of public transport. We greatly appreciated the kindness. Everything else was boringly perfect (that's a good thing), nothing to complain. Food was good, place was clean, free parking on premises next to the room.
