Vicky the owner couldn’t be more helpful. Everything sings quality. Very quiet even tho it is so central and we were there during a period of very hot weather and it never felt hot. We had no need to use the supplied fan. We had no trouble whatever with the stairs despite being 75 and 81. Very easy stairs. We love Monty’s so much that we return again and again.

Rowena and Freddy were an absolute delight, nothing was too much and we were thoroughly spoilt at breakfast. Amazingly comfortable bed , pillows and linen. Stayed 6 nights and could've stayed longer.

Just over a mile from Eastbourne Pier on the south coast and 20 miles from Brighton, this award-winning inn has a great location 2 minutes’ walk from the sea. There is free WiFi and free parking on site. Great location short walking distance to Helen’s Garden and the sea front. A thriving business the restaurant was full which is some doing on a quiet Monday evening. The restaurant food was typical pub fare with generous proportions and delicious. Our room (No 4) was fantastic with a lovely bathroom and roomy walk-in shower. The staff very friendly and helpful we’ll definitely stay there again on our next visit to Eastbourne!
