I loved the little extras, there was a Christmas tree in our room, my little boy loved it. The complimentary drink was a lovely touch. The breakfast was great for it only being continental, great selection of breads and fruit, yogurt etc. The views were beautiful, a great location. Only a few minutes drive into town but felt like we were a million miles away. The host was a lovely guy, very welcoming and friendly. Asked us throughout our stay were we OK, warm enough etc. The rooms were toasty warm, we were there in December so it was great to get back into our rooms knowing the beds were so comfy and warm. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be returning.

There is free off-road parking in front of house. The guest house is a 7-minute walk to the Bangor (Down) train station and is close to shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Just amazing experience staying in Princetown Guesthouse from the very welcoming greeting by the host and explaining the area, the spacious super comfortable room with sea view and very soft and comfortable beds, tea, water, coffee and cookies, tasty breakfast :) the location is superb with a short walk to the beach and train station. One of the best places I have stayed ❤

The property features a bar, as well as a terrace with barbecue facilities, and provides guests with on-site private parking free of charge and bicycle rental services to explore the surroundings. Location location location. And what simply lovely hosts. The main and real reason for staying, and returning once again in the future to stay, at Seaview were the warm and very hospitable hosts -- you don't find that many places these days with this special and very unusual personal touch. They were such fine people Martina and Brendan. We did not have a vehicle and their son Patrick dropped my daughter and I to a restaurant for dinner and Brendan took us all the way to the train station two towns away and stopped to allow me to pick up a gift from the gift shop. He provided onward travel suggestions and gave us a little tour with lots of quaint details on the way to the station. The room and bathroom was sumptuously comfortable. Breakfast excellent and as requested. Martina and Brendan have invested time and care in making sure every detail was just right from the welcoming cookies to where you might have your tea to little signs and notes on where things can be found. We had no real reason for visiting Rostrevor on our holiday in Northern Ireland in May 2022 but Seaview was in the the reason to visit. Peaceful, so beautiful and wonderful hospitality. All suites feature traditional rustic, stone-clad walls and sloped ceilings. They are equipped with a kitchen, which includes a dining area, a cooker and a fridge. The lounge area features a flat-screen TV and a leather sofa. Owners chatty. Welcome pack in fridge was excellent quality and TV is Internet connected. Superb restaurant on site. Quiet while within near range of motorway. Warm, homely and inventive decoration. Buttons the dog.

The Cuan Boutique Hotel is a family-run guest inn with good food and rooms with a digital TV and free internet. It is located in the conservation village of Strangford, on the shores of Strangford Lough. Excellent breakfast. Delicious dinner in the restaurant. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, in the center of the village and close to the ferry.

Shelleven Guest House is a Victorian property with great charm and period features throughout, providing luxurious accommodation and dining in a warm relaxed atmosphere. The property was rated as 4-star accommodation by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board. The quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. The very harmonic decoration of the room.

Cairn Bay Lodge was named 'Guesthouse of the Year' in 2006 and 2007 by NI Tourism. Just a perfect place for a guy like me! I'm sure anybody would feel right at home here. I had the single room with a balcony and a picturesque seaside view! I started every morning with an incredible breakfast and because of the ideal location was minutes walking distance to any and everything I could possibly need. I highly recommend the Cairn Bay Lodge to everyone who wants to experience Bangor at its best!
