Guests have use of their own private entrance to the property. The cleanest and best presented room I’ve ever had in a B&B. Keith was a fountain of knowledge about the local area. The breakfast was amazing and the location is great being only a 5 min walk to town. Loved our stay and will definitely stay there the next time we are in Largs.

It's set just 5 minutes’ walk from Ayr’s centre with its shopping, dining, and nightlife. Fantastic location, fantastic facilities, fantastic owner who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing a stay in Ayr, or the surrounding area

All rooms have flat-screen TVs, tea and coffee facilities and a cosy seating area. The place and location of the hotel with nice natural view. If you come to Glasgow, this place is good to stay as Irvine is well connected to Glasgow by train.

Very nice clean, outside front courtyard was decorated very well and even though on a main street it was very welcoming, probably one of the nicer places we stayed while in Scotland

Inverlea Guest House is elegant and modern and serves a full Scottish breakfast, with vegetarian options. There are many restaurants in the local area. We were greeted with a handwritten welcome note in our room (plus cookies and chocolates!) from Liz, the owner of the inn. The inn and rooms are stately, warm and comfortable. It's 130 year old family home that has been upgraded with all the modern conveniences. The Scottish breakfast was excellent. Liz recommended the restaurant next door, which was terrific and very convenient. There was easy and safe parking on the street.. We recommend it and would definitely stay again, as it provides a great experience of a small Scottish inn.
