The house is beautiful the furniture is exquisite, they have a lovely back yard, breakfast was good organic made in house. We stayed a couple of nights at the Marriott in Paris which was much more expensive but to be honest we preferred this place. It just has that Parisian ambience.

The house is a historical building wonderfully renovated. My apartment was very spacious and cozy and quiet. Fully equipped and lovely bedding. Great WiFi connection Emanuel, the host was extremely kind and helpful. The area is lovely. Very close to the metro and busses but yet quiet and close to the Bois de Boulogne Forest. Lots of supermarkets nearby and the local market is around the corner on specific days.

Location is very convenient. It takes about 30min. to Place Concorde/Opera/Grands Magasins by public transport - walking and Metro Line 1. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. No crowds at all as in the city center, 24th floor with amazing view to La Defense (not to Tour Eiffel). Clean, all necessary kitchen facilities. Carrefour supermarket is in the same building, one more is in 7min. A lot of restaurants and cafes around. The owner is always in contact.
Nice, homely place. Quiet area and very nice gated accommodation. Less than 10 minute walk to the metro. Karine was very friendly and welcoming and a great host. We arrived very late at night and she directed us on how to access the accommodation which was a great help. Didn’t have breakfast/coffee as we left first thing each morning so can’t say what it’s like.

The apartment was perfect - ideal for a couple and with all amenities. Great shower pressure! A quick walk to Vanves shops, bakery, restaurants, banks, parks etc. Our host was lovely and made us a special birthday breakfast :) 12 min walk down to the Metro, 5 mins to the bus. 20 mins on bus to Roland Garros. Great location, so peaceful and quiet at night.
This place is suitable even for longer stay, the house is clean, the room is large, comfortable, the kitchen and the bathroom are well equipped. The house situates in zone3, so if you are visiting the city, and plan to use local transport (bus, metro, tram) the cheaper Paris Visite Travel Pass would be enough. In the neighbourhood there are shops (Carrefour, Auchan) also places to buy hot meal. Badii is a great host, helpful and available if you need anything, I recommend his home to stay.
It's quite affordable: it's only 20 minutes away by train from the city center, but was twice cheaper compared to any comparable (in terms of room size and facilities) in the city. Trains come frequently, never had any problems with it even during the New Year night. However, it may be very packed especially on the way back from Paris at evenings. Other from that, the room is spacious and very quiet. A good bonus: a lot of groceries around the hotel.
