This charming, Pyreness-style property is built of stone, slate and granite. The cosy rooms feature wooden finishes and come with heating, wardrobe, desk and a private bathroom with a shower. You can make use of the shared kitchen and living area. It was a good stay in a lovely town surrounded by mountains. The host was nice and offered us an updrage on our room due to some guests not arriving. I didn't personally mind the little room we were given at first but I can see how it might not be what you expect looking at the photos on the website. The host informed me about it in advance offering to cancel if I did't like it, so there was no problem at all.

The guest house is located on the edge of the Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici National Park, which is a popular destination for hiking and mountain biking. we loved the location right in the centre of the village. We had booked an economy quadruple room so was expecting something quite basic but it exceeded my expectations and was very comfortable for a family of four. Highlight was sitting in the bar downstairs enjoying a drink whilst the sun set behind the Church and swimming in the municipal pool just a 2 min walk from the hotel which had the most spectacular Mountain Views
