Lovely staff. We had a wonderful stay. Everything is new and very clean. Our room was very spacious with a sitting area, separate bedroom and large bathroom with separated toilet room. The views are beautiful from every window. The food at the restaurant is excellent and the breakfast was nice. This property was very dog and baby friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very cozy and spacious, like a big house not a hostel. Elena was a great host, too. Bathrooms are beautiful. Kitchen is big and can be used by guests. Even the shared room with beds is quite nice and spacious unlike other hostels I've been too. Great for the price! Honestly one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in.
Great location in town centre with cafes, restaurants and sights nearby, clean and comfortable holiday apartment with spacious rooms, decorated with love to detail. Super quiet at night, which was a real bonus for us.
It was perfect. The staff is very nice as it is family owned. The Pension is in a nice quiet area. It is easy to reach and I could get a bus to go snowboard to Klinovec (Ski bus line C). The breakfast is also very good and a good start for the day.
Great location next to the ski lift, big balcony, good heating. The host allowed later check out.
We liked the following things about the property: The rooms were a good size, especially the family room; The linen was of good quality; The rooms were supplied with oral hygiene packs, shampoo, body wash and lotion, complimentary water, quiet, the heating kept the rooms at a comfortable temperature during our winter stay. Close to several village amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful and made you felt welcomed . The breakfast offered several selections of fresh breads, cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruit, cereals, and plenty of coffee.

Cheap. Good breakfast. Enough parking. Electric car charger through ChargePoint. The animals in reception. It’s a hotel that is past its glory. I find that charming but not all will.
Spacious and in a quiet part of town easy walk to all shops and restaurants. Well appointed. Flexible host, fantastic bathroom facilities and exceptionally clean.
The host were super helpful and nice to us. Though the property was not in the city centre, it was at a great location, especially for one who desires peace and green forests.
