The area is perfect for getting around by bike and there are loads of things to do and an impressive selection of restaurants. The owners and staff were extremely attentive and helpful, and at no time invasive. At breakfast they took time to speak with everyone for a few minutes, offering their advice on things to see and do in the area. One of the days it was raining, and when we arrived at breakfast they had already printed a list of things to do for all guests. Everything was well organized and clean. They had thought of every little detail. The room was big and had everything you need. The beds were comfortable and there were different sizes of pillows. We had a pleasant stay and came back home relaxed, which was the whole scope of our vacation.

The quietly located ChiemseeStern Vacation & Recreation "Adults Only" is just 150 metres from the ferry pier serving the Frauenchiemsee and Herrenchiemsee islands. Location is great; close to nice bars and restaurants and right near the lake and ferry. The room and bathroom was modern, clean and quiet. The view was excellent (was a side view but still great). The staff were very pleasant.
