Au Cheval Blanc in Asuel has 3-star accommodation with a bar, a garden and a terrace. We had local, organic products and homemade bread. We really enjoyed the evening meal and the conversation with Luc in which we learnt about the area. The bus and train were handy for trips further afield and we enjoyed a walk in the neighbourhood too.

Absolutely fabulous and very friendly host. We came with changing groups and they were very flexible. Great with kids - they loved the toys. Fantastic breakfast.
Adrien is lovely, the apartment is immaculate and very comfortable, we enjoyed our stay in the old town very much. Adruen communicated very quickly and is friendly and helpful, a perfect host. We were warm and cosy, like home.

Lovely place in a quiet area, great starting point for hikes. The room is nice and big and there is a small place you can use as dining room, which has eg a microwave and coffee machine. The host is very nice and helpful.
What a true gem! This place is not only beautiful and truly honors a five star hotel, it is also owned and perfectly hosted by M. Boulanger. We spent a very quiet night in a wonderful room - followed by a delightful breakfast. We will be back - in the summer - to enjoy that garden of yours! Thank you!
