Everything, the location was very close to the local beach and local restaurants and the rooms had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was as described. The owners are really communicative and responsive and also extremely helpful. We had a slight personal issue and the owner went above and beyond to help us. I don't often give 10s but this property and owners definitely deserve it. Will definitely rebook in the future.

Great for both couples and family with kids (the pool is very clean btw) Watchout for the mosquitos (only 1-2h after sunset)

Cycling is among the activities that guests can enjoy near the guest house. City Boutique Inn was a really nice hotel. The rating and all the good comments are true. The room was as clean as a room ever can be, it was nicly decorated, the breakfast was really good and the owner of the hotel was super nice. She gave us a lot of information both before our stay and when we arrived as for example where to park the car (which therefore never was a problem) and what to see and visit in Varna. It took about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. There is a nice restaurant just outside the hotel and if you walk about 5 minutes there are many more.

The property is very easy to reach, very close to the promenade and the sea. The room was very spacious, clean, located at the second floor with a beautiful terrace and sea view. The owners are extremely kind (every time we met, they were asking if everything was OK and if we needed any support).

The Sea Garden is 50 metres away and the Varna Airport can be reached within 15 minutes by car. This place is amazing. Perfectly located on a quiet street between the beach and the center of the city, next to english pub which shows live football. The room was spacious with 2 beds at the balcony (easy stairs) and sofa bed at the living room. Very good shower too. Very good value for money. I have been hundreds and hundreds of hotels, hostels, guest houses all over the world, and I can say without any remorse that the manager of this place is in my Top 3 of all time. Perfect service. Like Arnold would say: I'll be back!
