Not big, but very comfortable, cosy, pleasant room, very nice view from the big windows, very comfortable beds, sparkling white sheets, clean...... Not first time in the hotel, exactly in the same room, chosen again, because we liked it. No problem with WiFi, convenient lift to upper floors. Very beautiful garden with nice green grass and 5 beautiful paint trees, nice fountain, with nice view towards the hills around and the end of the town, very quiet! Very helpful and very nice, pleasant hosts! Pleasure to be there, with hopes to stay there again!

Comfortable bed, perfectly clean, and plenty of room for the two of us and our dog. Staff was friendly and responsive. Easy free parking right out front. Highly recommend.

Located in Bansko in the Blagoevgrad Region, 1.8 km from Gondola Lift, Mamin Kolio boasts a barbecue and views of the mountain. Great location, close to Bansko Gondola (10 min walk) and from Old City Center (15) but quiet area. Great pool and jacuzzi area, with warm water and enough space for guests. Food was decent with multiple choices for both breakfast and dinner. Great personnel that helped us with whatever we needed.
Lovely little studio with everything you need - kettle, tea. microwave, even a fridge and cutlery. Great host, responsive, replying to messages immediately, providing check in instructions. Speaks German, but makes effort to comminicate clearly. No issue check in. Good deal and a very low price. The studio was very clean, bed comfortable, heaters warmed the place up quickly, quiet. Free parking, and walking distance to the town.
Very comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment. Lovely and quiet.Great location near the road to the top of the gondola. The hosts went out of their way to assist us after we had issues with sorting our deposit. Would definitely recommend.

Enjoy hearty breakfasts and delectable dinners featuring authentic Bulgarian dishes. The staff is exceptionally friendly - truly the best hosts who are very kind and helpful. It serves as a great starting point for mountain hikes. A must-visit. I will undoubtedly want to return to this wonderful place again
Great location, close to the town centre, on a very quiet street with a stunning view of the mountains. The room was clean and spacious. The thing we appreciated the most was our lovely hosts, always happy and helpful.
Excellent food. Best cheap place you can stay at. Excellent breakfast that's included within hotel price. The host very adorable and charming lady, best host I have seen in many years. Food itself extremely tasty and cheaper compared to all places. You gonna love the place. Will come back again!
The location is great -- right at the center of the old town, yet the guest house is quiet and peacefull, as if in the countryside... All you hear is the birds and the church bells. A very pleasent place - little yet cozy, and the rooms and common terrace are speciuos enough and very comfortable, and the hosts are very nice. Wifi is strong and stable.
The location was perfect, a few minutes walking distance from the city center and one bus station. The room was pristine and quiet, host was so friendly and helpful too.
