A minimarket is available at the guest house. The location was excellent - beautiful area and Alex the owner is a great host, friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are a little dated and basic but very clean, I had a comfortable night there. The room was double glazed so not much noise even on the street side but it made it quite warm at times. I didn't have the breakfast but it all looked very clean and organised. Its a small place so don't expect 24 hour reception etc but I would recommend and would stay there again.

They pay extreme attention room to details from instruction video about how to find the apartment to how to use the washing machine to everything else… they are there to ensure your stay is pleasant and memorable. We just loved the attention to details and care they showed to their guest. A little touch like how they print their guest’s last name and place it on your apartment door. I thought that was such a nice gesture. You will love it here. Don’t wait to book it! We will book again.

The property is set in the 06. Mariahilf district. the studio is new, big, very nice bathroom and big windows everywhere. It is located very close to the main shopping street, everything is very close, cafes, shops, parking... we enjoyed it very much
