Our stay at Steegwirt exceeded our expectations. Everything was simple great, starting by how we were greeted by one of the owners, and ending with the fascinating view from the window of our room. A river is running at the foot of the hotel and right after it is a mountain with a waterfall🗻 what a view to wake up to! The food is also delicious with a number of Austrian dishes made from local ingredients, and the breakfast is one of the best we've ever had during traveling. There is pretty much everything you need in the room, and the staff will give you anything you lack. The rooms are clean and designed in a traditional Austrian style with a modern twist. Thank you Steegwirt team for an amazing Christmas stay! We hope to come again one day!

Offering a restaurant with a terrace and a café as well as free Wi-Fi, Pension Cafe zum Mühlbach is located in the centre of Hallstatt, 800 metres from the Salzbergbahn Cable Car and the public... It was a lovely apartment in the center of town, just 1 minute from the marina and the central square just around the corner. Actually itself is part of the view, I've seen travelers took pics in front of it very often. You can take full advantage of the convenience, everything is within walking distance. The landlord was very friendly and upgraded us to a lake view room, and I was so excited to see the first rays of sunlight from the balcony and window. One thing I forgot to mention, the cleanliness of the apartment was beyond my expectations, the landlord maintains it very well and cleans it very carefully and makes you feel at home. I really enjoyed the time I stayed in there.

Surrounded by mountains, Haus Alpenrose enjoys a peaceful location a 10-minute walk from the Lake Hallstatt and 3 km from the Krippenstein Ski Area. Perfect location close to everything e.g., supermarket, Dachstein Krippenstein, and Hallstatt. So, it make more convenience to do the sightseeing by hiking, cable car, and ship. The place is very clean and staff is nice and kind. The bed is comfortable. Only recommend!

This guesthouse enjoys a scenic location in the Gosau Valley in the Salzkammergut, just 600 metres from the Dachstein West ski area and 3 km from the centre of Gosau. Free wired internet is available.... Everything was great! The hosts are extremely nice and it was a pleasure to chat with them while having breakfast. The surroundings are very beautiful and many interesting places are close to the pension, such as Hallstsatt and many areas for hiking. The breakfast was very good and the room very clean and comfortable.
