I was served a huge breakfast--with the same selection as you would find at a large breakfast buffet. Several types of coffee were available and made to order. Staff very friendly and accommodating. This was a great value for the money.

The surroundings are truly wonderful, situated in a forest where one can clearly hear owls (a novelty for me, a city dweller). The house has a beautiful garden and the room is very cozy and inviting. Unfortunately I only managed to wake up in time for breakfast once, but it was plentiful and filling - the host (Alexandra) was always asking if I had enough, wanted anything else… Alexandra is truly a very nice person, always trying her best to help :)
