The woman running the place, I assume the owner, was just really nice and friendly. The place is clean and breakfast was really good. Highly recommend Gästhaus Wallner!

The cosy rooms are furnished in Tyrolean style and feature a balcony with beautiful views over Kitzbühel’s mountains. The Pension Hinterseer was a beautiful authentic Austrian Swiss chalet. The living and dining areas were extremely comfortable and charming details like wood beamed ceiling and fireplace…lots of hygge. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The hosts Guido and Kerstin very kind.

Chalet Garni Hotel Zimmermann enjoys a very quiet location next to the Kitzbühel-Schwarzsee-Reith Golf Course in Reith bei Kitzbühel, offering panoramic views of the Kitzbühel Alps and the Wilder Kaiser mountain. Entirely authentic, has the Tirolean charm. Has all the necessary amenities (ski depot, parking, sauna, gym, garden, river access, walking area/park access). An amazing homemade breakfast that deserves a special mention. Spotlessly clean. Very convenient location that connects both Kitzbuhel and Kirchberg (the two largest gondolas/ropeways). The hosts were available 24/7, helped us with everything we needed from skiing advice and routes, reservation, transport etc. Overall, warmly run family hotel that treats all guest exceptionally.

You can play table tennis and darts at the guest house, and the area is popular for skiing and cycling. Hiking and walking tours are possible within the area, and Pension Thainerhof offers ski storage space. It was sparkly clean. The breakfast was nice and fresh. The view, location and the garden were amazing. I loved their bunnies! The room was modernly renovated and the bed was comfy.

Kitzbühel’s city centre, shops, restaurants, an indoor pool and tennis courts are all 1 km away. Cross-country ski trails pass by the property, and the bathing lake Schwarzsee and horse riding facilities are within 3 km of the Lindenhof. A sled run can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Friendly staff, good location, mini-kitchen is very useful if you need warm-up or prepare something simple. Tasty breakfast from local products.

Set in a peaceful location amid the Kitzbühel Alps, Haus Eugenie is 250 metres from the Ganslern Ski Lift and a 5-minute walk from the ski bus stop. This family-run guest house features a garden with a terrace, and a traditional-style dining area with a fireplace. Kitzbühel's centre is a 10-minute walk away. It was a pleasure to talk during every breakfast with the very hospitable and informed host. Ski-in & ski-out, using slope 22 and the field behind the guesthouse. Large room and bathroom. Good value for money.

All rooms at the Pension Ederhof feature a a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom and parquet flooring. We had an excellent stay. The facilities are good, the hotel is next to a ski lift, the breakfast is really nice (fresh local product!). Jozef and Monika are really nice hosts!
