The hotel was very quiet and cleand, and we were greeted and taken well care by the charming and nice host Maria.

The location is perfect. although there is a big hill to walk when coming back from the pub!!! Breakfast is always fresh and great variety including eggs any which way you would like them!! on one of the days even the open fire was on when we came down for breakfast!! Fab

Chalet Garni Hotel Zimmermann enjoys a very quiet location next to the Kitzbühel-Schwarzsee-Reith Golf Course in Reith bei Kitzbühel, offering panoramic views of the Kitzbühel Alps and the Wilder Kaiser mountain. The hospitality from Matthias and his family was amazing. Every corner in the hotel was very clean and the interior design was so cute! The hotel is close to everywhere but better having a car to visit other close villages as well (you can park your car in front of the hotel for free). The breakfast was so good and the breakfast room is again so cozy! Make sure you include it to your stay. Sauna was so clean and always ready after a good ski or hike :) there is a small gym corner in the ground floor as well if you are interested. we stayed in the room with the balcony, the view at new years eve from the balcony was amazing, fireworks!!! Last but not least, we had %10 ski rental discount at Ski School Reith by staying at Hotel Garni Zimmerman:)

You can play table tennis and darts at the guest house, and the area is popular for skiing and cycling. Hiking and walking tours are possible within the area, and Pension Thainerhof offers ski storage space. It was sparkly clean. The breakfast was nice and fresh. The view, location and the garden were amazing. I loved their bunnies! The room was modernly renovated and the bed was comfy.

Kitzbühel’s city centre, shops, restaurants, an indoor pool and tennis courts are all 1 km away. Cross-country ski trails pass by the property, and the bathing lake Schwarzsee and horse riding facilities are within 3 km of the Lindenhof. A sled run can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Friendly staff, good location, mini-kitchen is very useful if you need warm-up or prepare something simple. Tasty breakfast from local products.

This family-run guest house features a garden with a terrace, and a traditional-style dining area with a fireplace. Kitzbühel's centre is a 10-minute walk away. It was a pleasure to talk during every breakfast with the very hospitable and informed host. Ski-in & ski-out, using slope 22 and the field behind the guesthouse. Large room and bathroom. Good value for money.
