As a single traveler I enjoyed it much more than staying in a hotel because it made me feel at home. The staff is incredible and super warm, welcoming & helpful! An amazing and fresh breakfast is served personally by the owners accompanied by a smile and help for any question you may have. Free parking available as well but it may be good to inform the owners prior arrival so others cars can be arranged properly. There is a 10-12min walk to the Hahnenkammbahn which was the main lift I took and a 5-7 min walk to Hornbahn (a smaller ski area). However, I loved walking before starting my day, it's a small warm up. Cleanliness, location, and service definitely exceed my expectations compared to the price I payed for 6 nights! No question I will stay here again next time I'm in Kitzbuhel!!

The cosy rooms are furnished in Tyrolean style and feature a balcony with beautiful views over Kitzbühel’s mountains. The Pension Hinterseer was a beautiful authentic Austrian Swiss chalet. The living and dining areas were extremely comfortable and charming details like wood beamed ceiling and fireplace…lots of hygge. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The hosts Guido and Kerstin very kind.

Chalet Garni Hotel Zimmermann enjoys a very quiet location next to the Kitzbühel-Schwarzsee-Reith Golf Course in Reith bei Kitzbühel, offering panoramic views of the Kitzbühel Alps and the Wilder Kaiser mountain. The breakfast was lovely, good choice of meats and eggs.

You can play table tennis and darts at the guest house, and the area is popular for skiing and cycling. Hiking and walking tours are possible within the area, and Pension Thainerhof offers ski storage space. It was sparkly clean. The breakfast was nice and fresh. The view, location and the garden were amazing. I loved their bunnies! The room was modernly renovated and the bed was comfy.

Kitzbühel’s city centre, shops, restaurants, an indoor pool and tennis courts are all 1 km away. Cross-country ski trails pass by the property, and the bathing lake Schwarzsee and horse riding facilities are within 3 km of the Lindenhof. A sled run can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Friendly staff, good location, mini-kitchen is very useful if you need warm-up or prepare something simple. Tasty breakfast from local products.

Set in a peaceful location amid the Kitzbühel Alps, Haus Eugenie is 250 metres from the Ganslern Ski Lift and a 5-minute walk from the ski bus stop. This family-run guest house features a garden with a terrace, and a traditional-style dining area with a fireplace. Kitzbühel's centre is a 10-minute walk away. The house is cosy, clean and decorated with attention to detail. The owner is very kind, friendly and helpful. I really appreciate having quiet hours. The location is great too - for a walk to the town centre, a swim in Schwarzsee or going straight uphill for a hike after the delicious breakfast.

All rooms at the Pension Ederhof feature a a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom and parquet flooring. Great stay, great hosts. Everything was as good or better than expected. Would definitely recommend!
