At the guest house, units have bed linen and towels. We loved our stay here. It’s located right near the church and an easy walk to the waterfall trailhead. What we loved most was the host. When we got lost, she was quick to message back and redirect me. When we arrived, she gave us the warmest welcome. The room is rustic but immaculate with your own bathroom and hot water. In the morning, the host serves a traditional breakfast. My son has autism, and the host was so sweet and patient with him. I really appreciated all of the special attention she gave to make us feel welcomed, especially after the long winding drive. We had trouble finding the place because gps sent us in the opposite direction. Just remember when you cross the bridge into the village to take a right towards the church.

There was secure parking for our rental car, and it was just up the road from shore of the beautiful lake. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was included and it was wonderful. I will stay here again next time I go to Lake Skader! Excellent value!!!
