The air-conditioned accommodation is less than 1 km from Sunset Beach. The guest house features family rooms. What a fantastic stay! Villa Luan was spotless and well-maintained, and the location couldn't have been more perfect—just a few minutes walk to the beach, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet at night. The owner is incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and have everything we need. Since our arrival it was clear they really care about their guests' experience. I can’t recommend this place enough because it has surpassed any expectations we had. We look forward to getting back next year or even faster.

A car rental service is available at the guest house. Decent and quiet place. Everything was good, we were welcomed with a smile and the room was clean with a working AC and fridge. The room is a decent size as well with a decent balcony. Bathroom was good as well (one thing it was missing was hand soap, but it's really not an issue), plus there was hot water available almost always if you needed it. There was a stove, plates, cutlery and most of the things you need for a nice stay. Highly recommend for the price!

At the guest house, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. This was our first stay in Albania and it left a wonderful mark on our journey. We had an apartment with a terrace a small pool. We had an amazing time in Ksamil. The hosts were very kind, friendly and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. New renovated rooms and bathroom. Air conditioning, comfy bed, mosquito net, small refrigerator, everything you need is there. You felt as comfortable as at home. Every morning we had a delicious breakfast. This terrace is just amazing. You can hang out until late in the night. This was our favorite stay. Thank you for having us.
