The owner, Egli, is very friendly and good person, he gave us a lot of tips about what to do and see in Ksamil and was always available when we needed to ask something. The apartments are very new and clean, and the location is great: maximum 5 minutes walking from the beach, supermarket and bakery.

The air-conditioned accommodation is less than 1 km from Sunset Beach. The guest house features family rooms. The room was super clean. The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. We stayed there for 4 days and they offered to clean the room and change the bed sheets on second day. We asked for a kettle and they provided it in an hour. The bathroom was very clean and everything was new. They even washed our clothes. We are already looking forward to coming next year.

With river views, this accommodation provides a balcony. The guest house has family rooms. Decent and quiet place. Everything was good, we were welcomed with a smile and the room was clean with a working AC and fridge. The room is a decent size as well with a decent balcony. Bathroom was good as well (one thing it was missing was hand soap, but it's really not an issue), plus there was hot water available almost always if you needed it. There was a stove, plates, cutlery and most of the things you need for a nice stay. Highly recommend for the price!

Friendly and welcoming host family. Clean and comfortable, great breakfast, spacious parking in front of the building, very good value and highly recommended.

They helped us with anything we needed. The location is good. It was quiet and close to the beach. They have air conditioning and hot water. I recommend.
