The owners (husband and wife) are extremely hospitable, breakfast was delicious and served in the terrace with really nice ambiance. The rooms are very well decorated and the cleaning was spotless. This was the second hotel we stayed in Bukhara, and initially we stayed in a hotel around the corner which had a terrible smell in the toilette, for that reason we moved to Hotel Ravshan, and although we did not feel any strong smell coming from the sewage of their toilettes, I really really appreciated that they have flower scent in all their toilettes (which as a customer makes me feel taken care of and heard), as often the sewage issue is not always the properties fault but just the design of the city hall. Long story short, it shows that they REALLY CARE, and as a traveler, this is PRICELESS. Keep up the good work, you have a beautiful place.
Ps: I hope one day if I can come back I can see the Colombian flag in the little check in stand next to all the other flags ;)
