Front desk gentleman named Yo shih Nan was exceptionally helpful and kind. He ensured I was well taken care of. He spoke great English which helped me a lot. The location is easy to find and convenient to get to Taoyuan Airport. No taxi necessary as the MRT is only about a 15 minute walk. Very clean and quiet.
