Booked the double room with a sea view. Rooms was clean and spacious, had a really nice mountain/sea view. Accommodation was close to the bus stop, which is around the corner from the police station/visit center, once you see the first set of stairs go up, which takes you to the back entrance to the guess house restaurant. The same set of stairs also takes you up to Jiufen old street, which makes it really convenient. Breakfast was nice, toast with ham and cheese and salad on the side. The owner was really friendly, gave me nice recommendation about places to visit.

Our room was comfortable, cosy, spacious and well equipped, with a balcony and sea view. 小燕 Xiaoyan, who received us when we checked in, is very friendly and helpful. She spent time explaining the room’s amenities, recommended a restaurant for dinner and booked us a taxi to take us to Ruifang train station the next day. While Something Easy Inn doesn’t provide cooked breakfast, it provides an assortment of bread buns, savoury and sweet cereals, snacks, coffee and tea in the room. This is a place we will be happy to book again the next time we visit Jiufen.
