Everything! Staff, especially Kwan, were very nice and super helpful, lots of useful advice on Wats to visit. Bikes on site available for free. Good free breakfast with a few available options. My room was big, bright, clean, comfortable, and freshly painted. The AC, wifi, and hot shower all worked great. And there was a fridge in the room too, a real plus. It's practically next door to the bus station, and an easy walk into town. There's public transport 3 times a day from the station to the historical site for 30B, or you can easily get a tuktuk. It's a good value and I would certainly stay here again.
