This place checked all the boxes for me. The room (more like an apartment) was older, but nice throughout. Big refrigerator, separate enclosed terrace for dining. Excellent shower (plenty hot if needed) but I used mostly for cool showers. Very good shower pressure for a wall-mount, on-demand water heater. I liked the location for quiet peacefulness though it may be a little far from the action of downtown Pai which is 800 meters away.
