This lovely hotel is in excellent location. As soon as we entered the hotel lobby, we felt relaxed with completely at home. The room was very spacious, featuring a separate living room, dinning area and bedroom. The air-conditioning was efficient, the bed was comfortable and everything was very clean and calm. The beautiful garden added to the serene atmosphere. We had a nice view from windows, and many beautiful paintings by the hotel owner, Mr. Paul, adorned the walls. The Wi-Fi connection was EXCELLENT. The hotel is just 5-minutes walk to the beach and is convenientl located near a restaurant, 7Eleven, Bank, Pharmacy, and fruits shop. A local bus to Phuket town stops right in front of the resort.

This accommodation was a pleasant surprise. We had everything we needed; it was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great. You can use free food (Breakfast or lunch you can choose) very quiet place . Nice villas and kind employees. I want to go back to kata villa again .

And finally the best manager always there . He is a very nice and kind man.
The breakfast buffet is rich and there is a lot of good stuff. Some things can be cold but that is acceptable for that price. The room is every day cleaned and simple but nice. The location is great with a view to the beach, especially from the breakfast place. The rental of the scooter for 200 Baht per day is the cheapest I have seen so far and the quality of the scooter is fine.
