Bit on the expensive side for a hostel but staff were friendly and it was a nice break from the city. Right on the beach which is a bit difficult for an average surfer but fun to swim in. Breakfast was pretty tasty but there’s also much cheaper places with food just as good nearby. Rooms are a little cramped if full up as there’s nowhere to put your stuff, but beds were comfy.

There is a nice restaurant just outside the condo where lagarza is located with a nice cheap meal made by locals (Geni is the lady that prepares it)
The hostel views are beautiful, just as shown in the pictures. The beds are very comfortable. The hostel has a nice relaxing vibe, but I still found it easy to make friends. The private beach is amazing and their dog Pitufo is so adorable. The breakfast included is a big portion. Most of the staff is very lovely (minus one guy who seemed very unhappy). Shower was hot and the room quiet.
Great place, quiet but near lively beach. Super comfortable rooms, simple yet effective design. Beautiful pool. We were ultra satisfied with the place, we extended for extra nights. The host was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommand this place, i wouldn't hesitate to return. Bonus point: nice bedding and quality towels (rare thing during our trip in El Salvador!!)
It is an amazing hostel just at the beach outside of La Libertad city centre. Very calm, chilled vibe, surf rental and great breakfast. Overall it was a perfect stay!
This hostel is beautiful, right next to a gorgeous and quiet beach which the pool has an excellent view of. The food is good however more options for vegetarians/ vegans would be appreciated. The breakfasts are excellent and had lots of veggie options! The dorm rooms are probably the best I have stayed in. Very comfortable and clean, big beds with curtains and great AC. We had an excellent stay.
