Each apartment is different. We had the upstairs apartment without the balcony. It was fabulous, it was as updated as possible, the kitchen had everything you would want for family meals. The upstairs apartment has access to a washer and dryer. The location was in a quiet area but walkable to the restaurants in town as well as the gorge and Castle Hill. There was also secure garage parking for bicycles.

This is a nice hostel, sort of a converted part of the owner's house. I didn't get to meet her, but her son was helpful in getting me my room. Beds are comfortable, unlike what the site says there IS wifi. Kitchen is well stocked, and there's a nice outdoor area you can enjoy too.

Packed a lot of amenities into a smallish room, eg a fridge and air conditioning, which was really vital as an escape from the heat and also given that the blinds had to be closed as guests filed by the ground floor window Comfortable reclining deckchairs just outside the room.
