The lady in the hotel was very gentle and helpful. Due to the fires in Portugal I could not make the initial reservation and showed up in the hotel three days earlier. Super clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great! It was so nice they had a kitchen and laundry. Also the instructions to get in and get out were super clear. Even though you share a bathroom, I didn't have any issues of needing it at the same time as other tenants
