They were able to take us at very short notice.
Breakfast was included and the waitress kindly allowed us to fill our flask with coffee. Exceptionally good value at €50 for us and our dog! Room was clean and shower was hot.

The breakfast is quite modest, but at the same time varied. I liked it. A visit to the hotel restaurant in the evening is mandatory - they cook really amazing meats there. One of the best I tried. AIMA office and the bus station are a 10-minute walk away.

They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Loved the location, very quiet, and lovely host. Lots of wildlife and a very well equipped kitchen for guest use. Breakfast was good, with lovely fresh bread.
